They sent me the wrong guitar. I called them up and they said i need to ship it back but theyll provide the fedex label for postage.

Didnt get the label for a day or two. I called them about it and they recommended looking into a spam or trash emails. No label. I call back, then they sent me a label in like one minute.

I wait the weekend out before i ship it so i can get it out on a business day. I then get an email saying that day they hadnt recieved the guitar and reminded me of the 45 day policy. I wish theyd be this punctual with anything else that needed to be done. I send it back and learn they need to restock what i purchased.

It came back in stock the next week. Another whole week passes so i call and give them a case number for my issue, the guy on the phone pretended to enter it and said he had to put me on hold to do some digging. He comes back and says its still at fedex in transit. I live one state away.

I also work for the post office. I kinda know how fedex works. Theyre actually one of our best customers even though theyre technically competition. Anyways, im pretty sure he didnt dig up ***.

He just pulled a walmart on me. Like when you ask someone if somethings in stock in the back and they go back there and wait two minutes and come back say "no we're all out". Its now almost a month and a half and the only thing i got was $500 bucks stolen from me. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I used musiciansfriend and zzounds all the time. Zzounds got good financing and musiciansfriend got a good selection.

Whenever i order something it comes when they say it does, sometimes one day later. Ill never order from this company again.

If you sent it FedEx there should be a tracking number to show they received it or where it was last scanned, if they sent the shipping label via email you printed it so go back in your emails and find it. I have a FedEx account and any time I make a Label (shipment) unless I delete/cancel it by midnight of the day it is made it stays in my account records.

Sam Ash can go into their FedEx account and find the tracking number even if there is no tracking shown! I would suggest you file a complaint with your states Attorney General the Attorney General in the state(s) where Sam Ash is located both what store that shipped it and the HQ state for Sam Ash. And for what it is worth file a complaint (not a review) with the BBB. ONE LAST THING WHERE EVER YOU SHIP IT FROM GET A RECIEPT SHOWING THEY RECIEVED THE ITEM OTHER WISE UNTILL IT IS SCANNED BY FEXEX IT IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM.

I had a return to Amazon that was left at a UPS drop off location and it never was scanned into UPS.

Luckily I had a picture of the item setting in the floor at the drop off with the label showing and UPS covered it. Don't know if someone at the drop off got or the driver that picks it up or it just got lost!!!
