Went to order some pro audio equipment online at samash.com. Used chat since it was showing out of stock.

Agent helped me locate a brand new item of what I wanted in state and he emailed me to let me know. I called them and provided my c/c number for purchase and they even priced matched. Money was taken from my account and I received a "quote" invoice but nothing showing actual payment. Called the agent back and he sent me a screenshot of the item in their POS system like a purchase but still nothing showing my actual card was charged on the receipt or my name etc.

No tracking number either. When I asked for a tracking number was told he would send to me once received but that I would probably have my unit by then. Explanation was that the order was coming from a store and not their warehouse so they would not have the tracking number right away like a warehouse order. Emailed the agent back the next day (24 hours later) to ask about the tracking number and got very short and rude response that I would get it when he gets it.

Feeling very uncomfortable about this whole process and not the excitement of getting new gear like I was hoping for. Usually buy from Guitar Center but thought I would give Sam Ash a try.

This will be the first and last purchase I make from Sam Ash. I would rather pay more somewhere else than deal with these people or experience anything like this again.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $326.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
